For this project I had to choose a local amenity in my area-a park, leisure centre, museum or community resource. I had to create a brochure to raise awareness and promote the amenity to my local community.

The research that I had to include was location, opening times, facilities, prices, and other selling points.

I had to create a trifold brochure using the template provided. It was advised that I print the template and use it to make sketches and plan my layout. 

 

I had to consider transitions from panel to panel. What should be on the front and back panels? Should I use a grid? What typeface is appropriate for the amenity? Who are the likely users?

 

I had to research and develop my ideas. This included notes, sketches, found images and prototype layouts in my sketchbook. 

 

The specifications to present the project had to be an A4 trifold brochure and in a PDF format.
