Quilombo Diversity Game poster

This opportunity involved designing a poster for a weekend event which had Quilombo's branding, and some information about a diversity game. For reference I used a previous flyer that invites people to play the diversity game. My job was to design a poster which attracts people in order to scan a QR code to play the diversity game on their phones. The format of the poster was A3, full colour, it had to have the Quilombo branding, the diversity game branding, and I had to design it in order to convince people walking around the event to get close to the companies store and scan the QR code.

The diversity game encourages people to find out if they're biased and to take the challenge in order to find out. The game raises awareness of people's biases, challenging them to think differently and can be delivered as a simple event activity or as part of Quilombo's Unconscious Bias workshops, the questions help participants understand and see how we all hold biases.

This game is used as a way of increasing participants' awareness, fighting stereotypes and challenging the way that people think.
