Invitation to Exclusive HR Training Session flyer

This project involved creating a flyer of an invitation to exclusive HR training sessions. The format had to be A5 in size, either portrait or Landscape, and I had to lay out the text in a nice arrangement using Adobe InDesign. Whilst I was creating the flyer I got some great advice by a graphic design team member called Idris, he suggested that any design that contains many texts always looks good on white background, trying better arrangements, colours, and putting pictures inside backgrounds will definitely disturb texts. Idris also suggested that I should lighten the background of the texts in the flyer and increase the font size which I did.

HR training sessions has many benefits including increased productivity, boosts workplace engagement, low turnover, improved performance, reduced supervision, attracts more talent, boosted employee morale, employee satisfaction, and a positive work attitude.
